CATS MUST BE VACCINATED. Please make sure you bring
your vaccination card with you. This will be kept here while you are away. This
is a requirement made by Mid Sussex District Council, who we’re licensed and
inspected by.
We
offer a collection and delivery service. This charged at 0.75p per mile and
will be added to your bill.
Please
bring your cat in a secure cat basket. We’ll look after it until your
return.
When
we have agreed a time with you to drop off or collect, please let us know as
soon as possible if you are delayed. Of course, your cats will be fine here at
our cat kennel, so please do not worry.
However,
a daily charge applies for each day regardless of the time your cat or cats are
collected from the cattery.
If
you want to collect your cat early, you’ll still be charged for the days you
have booked.
Please
note we are closed on Sundays and bank holidays and a double Charge is applied
on bank holidays.
And
if you cancel your booking giving less than 3 days notice you will be charged
half of the full fee.
We
will feed your cat the diet you requested. However, if they’re on a prescription diet you’ll need to
supply this yourself. And if you
wish your cat to have treats, fresh fish, chicken, prawns, tuna or any other
treat you will need to bring these with you (we do have a fridge for your
luxury items).
We
are happy to give any medication to your cat (not injections). A small charge of 0.50p per tablet will
be added to your bill for this service.
In
the event that your cat should become unwell we use our own vet in Henfield who
will liaise with your vet.
Your
children are welcome to come in with you when you deliver or collect but please
do not let them run around the garden or play on any activity equipment.
Please
note that you can only pay with cash or cheques. Cheques should be made payable
to S.Marples and have a cheque card number on the back, there is no VAT on your
bill as we are not VAT registered.
